After the 30-Day Window

Refund requests made after 30 days from the original purchase date will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We will always do our best to make things right.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If the software has a fault that falls under those Acts, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the 30-day window.
